Expression of intra-tumoral necrosis-associated cytokine pattern correlated with prognosis and immune status in glioma

چکیده
Intra-tumoral necrosis (ITN) is reported to be an independent prognostic factor in glioma. However, knowledge of ITN mainly limited pseudopalisadwe, while its other aspects were neglected. Therefore, a deeper understanding could valuable for exact role The only reliable model was time-dependently achieved with the GL261 syngeneic mouse model. ITN-associated expression pattern enriched from RNA sequencing. TCGA glioma samples clustered into high-expression group (HEG) and low-expression (LEG) based on their association prognosis, clinical status, immune therapeutic responsiveness compared. Mouse demonstrated invasive histology. Cytokine signaling significantly necrotic compared non-necrotic tissues. Nine pro-inflammatory (IL6, PPBP, IL1A, TNFSF11, CXCL11, CXCL9, CXCL10, CXCL3, CCL8) two anti-inflammatory cytokine (IL1RN IL10) genes found related patterns. Comparative analysis showed that HEG had shorter survival time, five differentially distributed statuses, more infiltrated cells, greater checkpoints, better than LEG. In conclusion, characteristically expressed might indicate missed histology diagnosis. Its predict tumor grade, patients.

The Clinical Trend and Prognosis of Patients with Brain Glioma
Background and Objectives: Gliomas are the most prevalent primary brain tumors. The purpose of this retrospective cohort study was evaluation of clinical trend and prognosis of patients with brain glioma and effective factors in prognosis. Materials and Methods: Hundred and forty-five patients with supratentorial brain glioma, treated in Shahid Mostafa Khomeini & Hazrat-e-...
متن کاملExpression of glioma-associated oncogene 2 (Gli 2) is correlated with poor prognosis in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma undergoing hepatectomy
BACKGROUND Our previous studies showed that glioma-associated oncogene (Gli)2 plays an important role in the proliferation and apoptosis resistance of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells. The aim of this study was to explore the clinical significance of Gli2 expression in HCC. METHODS Expression of Gli2 protein was detected in samples from 68 paired HCC samples, the corresponding paraneoplas...
متن کاملDecreased expression of LATS1 is correlated with the progression and prognosis of glioma
BACKGROUND LATS1 is a tumor suppressor genes implicated in the pathogenesis of certain types of tumors, but its role is not known in human glioma. METHODS Using real-time PCR and immunohistochemistry, we detected the mRNA and protein expression of LATS1 in glioma. The effect of LATS1 on cell growth and invasion were investigated. RESULTS We found that mRNA and protein of LATS1 expression is...
متن کاملExpression of Th1 and Th2 Cytokine and Associated Transcription Factors in Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells and Correlation with Disease Severity
Background: Psoriasis is a T cell-mediated autoimmune disease with elevated level of pro-inflammatory cytokines belonging mainly to Th1 pathway. We investigated whether treatment with micronutrients along with methotrexate (MTX) is able to modulate mRNA expression of Th1 and Th2 patterns and its correlation with disease severity. Methods: Thirty plaque type psoriasis patients with Psoriasis ...
متن کاملExtracting tumor tissue immune status from expression profiles: correlating renal cancer prognosis with tumor-associated immunome.
Investigating the expression of genes in cancer-associated immune cells (immunome) is imperative for prognosis prediction. However, evaluating the expression of immune-associated genes within cancer biopsy is subject to significant inconsistencies related to the sampling methodology. Here, we present immFocus, a method for extracting immune signals from total RNA sequencing of tumor biopsies, i...
